Shipping

All packages are shipped using Canada Post.

Our shipping rates reflect what we are charged by Canada Post to ship items - no additional handling fees.  Unfortunately we have little control over this expense, but we combine items wherever possible and do our best to minimize parcel weight (without compromising the safety of your items) to keep costs low for you.  In some cases (especially for smaller items), we actually offset some of the shipping cost ourselves.

All taxes and duties (and other import fees, as may be the case) are the responsibility of the buyer.

In-Store Pickup

We also offer in-store pickup.  If you'd like to pick up your purchase from our store, please make sure to let us know by leaving a "message to seller" during checkout, or by emailing us at wkpickering [at] gmail DOT com as soon as possible after placing your order to make arrangements (and to have shipping costs refunded from your order).
